Report Examples
 | System Utilization reports By graphically illustrating usage on a day-by-day, week-by-week basis, including the daily hours of usage and system idle time, system utilization reports clearly highlight possible efficiency improvements in the exam process. |
- Full 24-hour workflow report: Detailed presentation of exam execution, including the total exam duration divided into prep time, scan time and wait time between exams. Also shows scan details such as exam name, duration, scan time and protocols used. This report can help to identify inefficiencies in the workflow.
Total examination report: Displays average preparation time, exam times and time between examinations for any selected time period up to one month. This report enables you to analyze workload efficiencies on a daily or weekly basis.
Procedure mix report: Provides a graph and table of the examination number and mix for any selected time period up to 3 months. This allows you to identify changes in the procedure mix over time.
Total examination by type report: Provides an overview of the examinations used, the average preparation time, scan time and protocol sequences used for any selected time period up to one month. This report allows you to analyze the efficiency and consistency of scanning.
Excel reports: Detailed information for off-line analysis of workflow and examinations. These reports allow you to conduct detailed analyses and integrate with external data sources.

Trend reports: Compare the number of examination durations, examination times, scan times or scan ratio's, including trend indication.
Internal Benchmark reports: An instant overview of the efficiency of examinations from multiple scanners in a single enterprise. These reports allow you to compare key performance indicators, number of examinations, average examination and scan duration and scan ratios.
External Benchmark reports: Compare number of examinations, average exam duration, total exam duration and scan ratio. They allow you to anonymously benchmark against other healthcare facilities to optimize your performance and efficiency.
