Security Patch Update Information for Philips Medical Devices
| As part of Philips' commitment to addressing Product Security concerns, we understand our customers' need for accessible and comprehensive Product Security news and updates. Philips has formatted dynamic product-specific vulnerability information into simple tables. Each product has its own table and the products are separated by modality, i.e. Healthcare Informatics, Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance, etc. The tables list known software vulnerabilities, the current Status, and Recommended Customer Action. Revised tables are posted regularly with the latest available updates. Contract customers can log in using their existing IST account information. Non-Contract customers who do not have login passcodes, can submit a request to productsecurity@philips.com and provide the following information: customer name/facility name; site ID number; contact name and email address; state and/or country. A temporary passcode will be emailed. After the initial login, the passcode can be updated by clicking on the Site Support tab, then clicking My Profile.
