Web-based clinical software

Philips in-home monitoring devices help patients take a more active role in their health.

Web-based clinical review software flags patients with out-of-range vital sign readings for prioritized clinical intervention. Triggers automated interactions based on objective vital signs data and/or subjective survey responses that require follow-up.

The clinical review software includes robust clinical content and a library of validated surveys from which the care manager can select or customize questions for specific patients, depending on their disease and acuity level. Care plans and protocols can also be customized to provide step-by-step guidelines for effective monitoring and education of the patient. Survey questions test for comprehension and knowledge retention to promote better patient self-care and motivate healthier behaviors.

The software stores and organizes patient data for later review, as well as important contact information, including family members, primary care physician and specialist, to facilitate a rapid response. The clinical application also presents trends and makes it easy to generate reports. Our secure web-based connection ensures patient confidentiality; access to information is password-protected with varying levels of authorization needed as appropriate.
