Nuclear Cardiology

Xcelera in the Nuclear Cardiology Lab

Xcelera uses AutoQUANT 7.0 software which also enables results to be summarized in a comprehensive clinical report that includes patient demographics, quantification results and conclusion statements. User exams are displayed in 2D, 3D or polarmap formats.

The clinical report is generated by the AutoQUANT reporting package (ARG, Automatic Report Generator) and stored in Xcelera along with the images. This enables you to consult all results information in conjunction with other multi-modality patient information managed by Xcelera.

AutoQUANT works hand in hand with our JETStream workstations. Nuclear cardiology examinations are acquired with a Philips gamma camera such as the CardioMB or BrightView and pre-processed through the JETStream acquisition station. Images can then be post-processed using AutoQUANT with Xcelera.
